Jessie's Recipe: Dairy-Free Cinnamon Donuts


As we head into the fall 🍁 here is a super yummy recipe for dairy-free donuts 🍩 With a hint of cinnamon and undeniably delicious cake, this is a recipe for irresistible yumminess 🤤 Learn how to make this from the comfort at your home by following Jessie along in the kitchen!

What you'll need:

Ingredients

Cake:

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tdsp Vanilla Upright High-Protein Instant Oatmilk +1/4 cup water (totaling 1/4 cup oat milk)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinammon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tdsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3tsp oat milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

      Instructions:

      1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients
      2. Mix until fully combined
      3. Pour batter evenly into a donut pan (6 donuts)
      4. Bake donuts for 12-13 minutes
      5. In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for glaze
      6. Let donuts cool before applying glazing
