Jessie's Recipe: Dairy-Free Cinnamon Donuts

What you'll need:
Ingredients
Cake:
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tdsp Vanilla Upright High-Protein Instant Oatmilk +1/4 cup water (totaling 1/4 cup oat milk)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinammon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tdsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3tsp oat milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients
- Mix until fully combined
- Pour batter evenly into a donut pan (6 donuts)
- Bake donuts for 12-13 minutes
- In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for glaze
- Let donuts cool before applying glazing
