Are Upright Oats products gluten free? 

Our product is naturally gluten free but our facility is not gluten-free certified so we cannot guarantee there is no gluten exposure 
 

Are Upright Oats products vegan? 

Great question! All of our ingredients are vegan apart from the Vitamin D3 which is sourced from sheep's wool. Who would've thought sheep's wool could do that? We're hoping to find a vegan source soon! 
 

Are Upright Oats products Kosher? 

Although all of our ingredients are Kosher, we are not yet certified 
 

Will you be producing additional flavors?  

We would love your thoughts on additional Upright flavors. We are considering launching new flavors later in 2023.

 

Promotions FAQ

Where do I enter a promotion/discount code? 

In checkout, right below the description of the items in your cart you'll see a box to enter your code (Peter's suggestion) 

 

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order? 

Only one promotional code will be allowed per order.  Your best bet is to use the discount code that will get you the better deal, but you probably don't need us to tell you that! 

 

Shipping FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Once you place your order, it will take 2-3 business days to process and ship your item. Once shipped, the package can take 2-5 business days to arrive at your address. You will receive an email from hello@uprightoats.com with tracking information to indicate that the item is on its way! 

 

Can I buy Upright Oats in Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean? 

At the moment, our products aren’t available for consumers to purchase outside of the U.S. 

 

I received a damaged or incorrect product, what should I do? 

Please contact us at hello@uprightoats.com and we'll help you get your order fixed!
