The recipe is super easy to make and a fun (and safe) way to get into the celebratory spirit with friends and family! Whether you’re celebrating Canada Day or Independence Day, this recipe is perfect as you can change any of the ingredients to your liking (or flag colors)!

Serving size:

6 popsicles

What you'll need:

Red layer

  • 1 cup of chopped strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of water

White layer

Blue layer

  • ¼ cup of frozen blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Create red layer by combining strawberries, maple syrup, and water in a high-speed blender, blending until smooth
  2. Fill popsicle molds with mixture 1/3 of the way
  3. Freeze mold for at least 40 minutes
  4. While red layer is freezing, create white layer by mixing Upright instant oatmilk and water together
  5. Add oatmilk and maple syrup into blender, mix until smooth
  6. After red layer sets, pour white layer into popsicle mold, filling up 1/3 of the way
  7. Freeze again for another 40 minutes
  8. Create last layer while freezing, blend frozen blueberries
  9. After white layer sets, fill mold to the top with blue layer
  10. Insert popsicle stick into mold and freeze for 4-5 hours

We hope you have fun making this recipe. Happy Independence Day and Canada Day!
